So, I know I already posted today, and I dont want to come off as an overeager blogger, but I had a fun day, and wanted to tell you about it. My sister and I drove down to a u-pick strawberry farm, and managed to pick 36 pounds of super ripe, red, juicy, fresh, sweet, amazing, cantthinkofanadjectivetodescribethembecausetheyaresoamazing, strawberries! IN 45 MINUTES!  It was pretty insane, because we showed up really really late to picking, and as stated before, only had 45 minutes before the farm closed. My legs were COVERED in strawberry juice and dirt, from super overipe strawberries that had exploded when I picked them up. The sun was beating down on my neck, and there were these irritating fruit gnats swarming above the strawberry plants, that came and bit your hands and arms if you tried to pick. But seeing the 4, filled to the top, cardboard boxes full of those amazing strawberries made it so worth it. After we paid up for the strawberries, we stopped by a little farmers market, and picked up some tomatoes. The Gonzaleses, who were running the market, were in the corner of the tent, laughing, pointing, and I'm pretty sure making fun of me in spanish because I was taking a bunch of pictures of their produce. By the time we got home, I was SERIOUSLY craving some tacos, because I kept seeing all of these little stands and resturaunts for tacos on the side of the road. Dang, I still want some tacos! Speaking of food, yall should probably get some strawberries, because I'm going to be posting a lot of recipes involving strawberries in the future. I gotta get rid of them somehow! See pictures below.

The "fruits" of our labor. Tee Hee! I'm so immature.                                                   Our SUPER COOL MINI-VAN! ;)

Hey guys! I just got back from my vacation (I went on a cruise! Yay!), and it was amazing!! We went to the Bahamas, and had the best time! The picture to my left is from the drive to Miami, where the ship

If I had to open an art school, it would definately be in Miami. These people that had been spray painting on walls are seriously talented. Like INSANELY talented. We boarded our boat (NCL), and immediately went to our stateroom, which was ITTY-BITTY! So, in the 12x12 room, we had to squeeze in me, my mom, my grandma, and my sister. It was kinda like a family cruise. There was a painting on the wall that folded down into a bed, since of course you cant fit 4 beds into a 12x12 room. Then, there was a fold-out bed that made it impossible for you to step foot in the room when in bed form. Whoever designed these rooms should win an award! My grandma, who is legally blind, was having some difficulties squeezing by, and not tripping over any of the furniture on the way to her bed (We gave her one of the two non pull-out beds). In Freeport, Bahamas, we went on a dolphin encounter! It was so much fun! My dolphin, who was named Lucy, did flips, swam faster than a cheetah can run, and gave me hug! It was awesome. Theres pictures below. Besides a nasty encounter with the people from Royal Carribean (NCL's competing cruise line), the cruise was tons of fun, and completely worth the boatloads of money it costed. Check out vacation pics below!
